Digital downloads

Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all digital purchases are final. If a file won't open or something is missing, email help@rootedrefined.app and we'll make it right.

Made-to-order items (prints, home goods, gifts)

Each piece is printed just for you, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size or color choice. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email help@rootedrefined.app within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Printed books

Our printed books (the Editions cookbooks and the Little Friends board books) are printed to order, so they aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, email help@rootedrefined.app with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we'll replace it at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
