They are low-cost, mostly use what you already have, and come with a "short on time" version for busy school nights.
Print the cards, tuck one into each numbered envelope or bag, and let the kids open one a day.

Activities include a lights walk, dried orange garland, cocoa jars to give, pinecone bird feeders, salt-dough handprints, graham cracker houses, thank-you cards for helpers and a Christmas Eve box. Recipes for the kitchen activities have real measurements and oven temperatures.
HOW EDITING WORKS
The EDITABLE file is a fillable PDF. Open it in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (desktop, tablet or phone) and type your own activities onto the blank cards, plan the month, and add your own busy-night swaps. No Canva account or extra software needed.
