First Birthday Party Kit
$8.00
A note from Rachelle: I design every Rooted & Refined piece myself, and each one is made to order just for you. If anything arrives damaged or not quite right, email help@rootedrefined.app within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
One sweet morning, planned: a first birthday kit in soft sage, oat and clay, with every decor piece repeated in blush. An editable welcome sign in 8 × 10 and 18 × 24 in, an invitation to print or text, a photo banner with a fillable card for every month of the first year, and a time capsule with letters to open at 18.
It isn't a stack of blank templates. The party plan is filled in for a real two-hour brunch planned around the nap, with a banana smash cake recipe, a make-ahead menu and a shopping list by aisle. Type baby's name once in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader and it fills in everywhere.

HOW FILLING IN WORKS
Names, dates and the fill-in lines are fillable. Open the PDF in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (desktop, tablet or phone), click a line and type, then print. Type baby's name once and it fills in everywhere it appears. The layout is locked so it stays neat. No Canva account or extra software needed. Prefer pen? Print it blank.
THE EDITABLE SIGNS AND PHONE INVITATION
Three separate editable PDFs, each with a sage page and a blush page: the welcome sign in 8 × 10 and in 18 × 24 in, and a phone invitation. Click the sample name, date and details and type your own. Print the 8 × 10 at home; take the 18 × 24 to any print shop. Save the phone invitation as a picture and text it.
SIZES
- US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4 (210 × 297 mm), 43 pages each, both fillable
- Printer-friendly interior on a light background; print the photo cover in grayscale or skip it to save ink
- Cards print best on matte white cardstock (65–110 lb)
