HOW EDITING WORKS
The PDF is fillable. Open it in free Adobe Acrobat Reader on a computer. Type your child's name in any From line and it fills every tag and pocket; type each To line one by one. The letter, sign-up sheet, tracker and questionnaire are fillable too. No Canva account needed. Prefer handwriting? Every field sits on a soft line.
