Easter Brunch Menu

Host a slow, lovely Easter brunch and actually sit down for it. This guide gives you a finished make-ahead menu for 8 to 10, ten full recipes, a plan that runs from two weeks out to an hour-by-hour Easter morning, and a soft spring table with place cards and kids' placemats.

THE MENU (serves 8 to 10)
Honey-Dijon glazed ham, spinach, leek and Gruyère egg bake, lemon-blueberry French toast bake, deviled eggs with chives, asparagus with lemon and Parmesan, spring greens with strawberries and feta, carrot cake muffins, honey-lime fruit salad, lemon bars, and a sparkling strawberry lemonade with a small mimosa bar.

The ham warms in the slow cooker, both bakes share one oven at 350°F, and everything else is made before Sunday and served cool. On the morning itself there is nothing to cook on the stovetop.
