HOW THE SPREADSHEET WORKS
Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets (it also opens in Excel and Numbers). Type your guest count and it sets dish goals for every course. Share one link; friends add their dish, name and servings, and the "Still needed" column counts down as they go. It also adds up servings and counts gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and nut dishes. An Example tab shows a finished list.
HOW EDITING WORKS
The PDFs are fillable. Open them in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (desktop, tablet or phone), click a line and type. Allergen boxes on the sign-up sheet and labels are clickable. Typed text uses a classic serif font so it prints the same everywhere. No Canva account needed.

- Dashed cut lines, dotted fold lines and corner trim marks
- Best on 65–100 lb (176–270 gsm) matte cardstock
