A note from Rachelle: I design every Rooted & Refined piece myself, and each one is made to order just for you. If anything arrives damaged or not quite right, email help@rootedrefined.app within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
An editable seating chart that grows with your guest list: by-table layouts for 6 to 30 tables, alphabetical lists for 100 to 200 guests, and a matching "Find your seat" header sign.
Type each guest's name into the chart in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Rename any table ("Head Table", "Family") and print at 18 × 24 or 24 × 36 in. Smaller charts (6–12 tables, 100 guests) also come in 8 × 10 for a table-side reference.

- Alphabetical charts for 100, 150 and 200 guests, with table numbers

HOW EDITING WORKS
Open the EDITABLE PDF in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader on a computer, tablet or phone, click the sample text and type your own. Names and dates you type once fill in across the whole file. Your text appears in our elegant serif, and the botanical artwork and display lettering stay fixed. On a few older PDF apps, edited text may display in a standard serif; the free Adobe Acrobat Reader is recommended. No design app, account or extra software needed.
A PRINT-READY version with the name and detail lines left blank is included for hand lettering.
SIZES + PRINTING
- 18 × 24 in and 24 × 36 in: 13 charts × 2 colorways
- 8 × 10 in: 6 charts × 2 colorways
Print at home, or upload to Staples, Office Depot, FedEx Office or any local print shop. The included How to Edit + Print guide tells you exactly what to ask for at each size.
