The plan is filled in for you: an afternoon open house for about 25 guests with a timeline, a grab-and-go menu with quantities, and a fillable guest, gift and thank-you tracker. Type your names once in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, then print.

HOW FILLING IN WORKS
The planner pages, lists, labels and name lines are fillable. Open the PDF in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (desktop, tablet or phone), click a line and type, then print. The layout is locked so it stays neat. No Canva account or extra software needed. Prefer pen? Print it blank.
THE SIGN + PHONE INVITATION
The welcome sign (8 × 10 and 18 × 24 in) and the phone invitation are separate editable PDFs. Click the sample names and details and type your own. Print the 8 × 10 at home; take the 18 × 24 to any print shop as a poster or engineering print. Save the phone invitation as an image and send it by text.

- Printer-friendly interior on a light background; print the photo cover in grayscale or skip it to save ink
