A note from Rachelle: I design every Rooted & Refined piece myself, and each one is made to order just for you. If anything arrives damaged or not quite right, email help@rootedrefined.app within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
One night, planned from the invitation to pickup. A calm evening-to-morning plan for six guests, invitations to print and to text, a packing list for guests, a parent info sheet with allergies and pickup, then a spa night, 7 sleepover games for girls and boys, movie bingo for any film and a pancake bar in the morning.
It isn't a stack of blank templates. The timeline, menu, recipes and shopping list are filled in for a real sleepover, and the planning pages are fillable for yours. Every game is kind and age-appropriate for about 6 to 12: passing is always allowed in truth or dare.

HOW FILLING IN WORKS
The planner pages, lists, signs, labels and name lines are fillable. Open the PDF in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (desktop, tablet or phone), click a line and type, then print. The layout is locked so it stays neat. No Canva account or extra software needed. Prefer pen? Print it blank.
THE PHONE INVITATION
The phone invitation is a separate editable PDF with two designs. Click the sample name, date, times, address and RSVP and type your own, then save it as a picture and send it by text.
SIZES
- US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4 (210 × 297 mm), 36 pages each, both fillable
- Printer-friendly interior on a light background; print the photo cover in grayscale or skip it to save ink
- Cards print best on white cardstock (65–110 lb)
