Winter Break Planner for Parents

Two weeks off, one calm plan. This printable winter break planner gives the break a gentle shape: map the days, choose a simple daily rhythm, make sure every work day has childcare covered, agree on screen time, pack for trips, and ease everyone back into school in January.

Every planning page comes as a filled example and a fillable blank.

WHAT'S INCLUDED (16 pages)
- Break at a glance: a three-week calendar, filled for a Dec 14 – Jan 3 break and color-coded (school, work, travel, home), plus a blank
- Daily rhythm: an at-home day from 7:30 wake-up to 8:00 lights out, a blank to write your own and four simple anchors
- Childcare coverage: who has the kids on each work day, hours, drop-off and pick-up, backup and a contact list; example + blank
- Screen-time plan: a family screen agreement (example + blank), a 16-day minutes tracker for up to 4 children and screen-free swaps
