Christmas Gift Tracker Spreadsheet
$6.00
A note from Rachelle: I design every Rooted & Refined piece myself, and each one is made to order just for you. If anything arrives damaged or not quite right, email help@rootedrefined.app within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
Keep every Christmas gift, stocking, card and dollar in one calm place. This gift tracker and budget spreadsheet works in Google Sheets and Excel, adds everything up for you, and shows exactly what is left to spend, person by person.
Type your total budget once. Add the people you are buying for. Then log each gift as you go, from idea to ordered, bought, wrapped and given. The dashboard updates instantly.

CHECKED
Every formula was recalculated in a formula engine with sample data: 800+ formulas, zero errors, and every total matches an independent calculation.
HOW IT WORKS
- Download the files from your receipt email after purchase.
- Google Sheets: upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it, then File › Save as Google Sheets. Excel: just open it (Excel 2016 or newer, Mac and online too).
- Type your budget on the Dashboard and start adding people and gifts.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Uses simple formulas only (no add-ons, no macros), so it opens on phones and tablets in the Google Sheets app.
- A tracking tool, not financial advice.
PLEASE NOTE
- This is an instant digital download. Nothing will be shipped.
- For personal use only. Please don't resell or share the files.
- Colors can look a little different depending on your screen and printer.
- No trademarked characters, films or brands are used. All writing and line art are original.
