Set a calm, beautiful Thanksgiving table in an afternoon. This printable table set gives you matching menus, place cards, buffet labels and welcome signs in a refined harvest style: warm rust and evergreen, elegant serif lettering, and a hand-drawn wheat and leaf motif.
Print the sample pages as they are, handwrite on the blank pages, or type your own menu and names in the included fillable PDF.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- Full-page dinner menu, 8.5 × 11 in: sample + blank
- Menu cards for each place setting, 4 × 9 in, 2 per page: sample + blank
- Half-page menu, 5.5 × 8.5 in: sample + blank
- Drink menu and kids' table menu, 4 × 9 in: sample + blank (the kids' menu has a little drawing box)
- Tent place cards, 6 per page (3.75 × 1.6 in folded): sample names + blank
- Flat place cards, 8 per page (3.75 × 2.35 in): sample names + blank
- Buffet food label tents, 12 per page (2.5 × 1.2 in folded): 24 ready-made dishes + a blank sheet, each with GF / DF / V / nuts tick marks

- "I'm thankful for…" table cards, 8 per page

The sample menu is a classic Thanksgiving dinner: butternut squash soup, herb-roasted turkey, stuffing, sweet potato casserole, pumpkin and pecan pie, and more.
HOW EDITING WORKS
The EDITABLE file is a fillable PDF. Open it in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (desktop, tablet or phone), click any line and type. Both menu cards on the 4 × 9 page fill in together. Typed text uses a classic serif font so it looks the same on every computer. The design itself is locked, so the layout stays neat. No Canva account or extra software to buy.
SIZES AND FORMATS
- 4 PDF files: print-ready and fillable, each in US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4
- Every card prints at its true size on either paper size
- Dashed cut lines, dotted fold lines and corner trim marks on every sheet
- Best on 65–100 lb (176–270 gsm) matte cardstock
PLEASE NOTE
- This is an instant digital download. Nothing will be shipped.
- For personal use only. Please don't resell or share the files.
- Colors can look a little different depending on your screen and printer.
- Designed by Rooted & Refined with help from digital tools.
